Wopisanje
ClickSyncr Form Sync for Elastic Email connects your forms to Elastic Email, so every form submission becomes a contact on your Elastic Email list: automatically, with no code.
Works with your form builder
One plugin, one Elastic Email connection. ClickSyncr configures each form right inside the builder you already use, and it connects your forms to 20+ other email marketing platforms too.
„Elastic Email“ is a trademark of its respective owner. This plugin is an independent integration and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Elastic Email.
Why you’ll love it
- Set up in minutes: paste your Elastic Email API key and you’re connected. No developers, no code.
- One key for the whole site: the key is shared with every form builder ClickSyncr supports, so you connect once and every form can use it.
- Your lists load automatically: choose which Elastic Email list new contacts join, right inside the form editor.
- Map the contact fields: send first name, last name, company, job title, city, state, country, postcode, phone, and birthdate straight from your form.
- Only email is required: fields you leave as Not mapped are skipped, and never overwrite data already in Elastic Email.
- Built-in opt-in: add a consent checkbox and ClickSyncr adds the contact when a visitor ticks it, and sends nothing at all when they leave it unticked.
- You choose what a submission does: sync the contact so it joins your list right away, or hold a form back so nothing is sent.
- A setup for every form: each form can sync to a different Elastic Email list with its own field mapping, in every supported builder.
- Sync health at a glance: an admin-bar menu shows every form’s Elastic Email sync counts and the last error, if any.
- Lightweight and fast: built to WordPress standards, so it never slows your site down.
- You stay in control: you decide exactly what data is sent to Elastic Email, and to which list.

HSP
-
Do I need an Elastic Email account?
-
Yes. You’ll need an active Elastic Email account and an API key to sync your contacts.
-
Which form builders are supported?
-
Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, and Forminator. At least one of them must be installed and activated.
-
Where do I find my Elastic Email API key?
-
Log in to Elastic Email and open Settings, then API key. Each builder setup guide shows exactly where to paste it.
-
Which contact fields can I map?
-
Elastic Email contacts carry a fixed set of fields, and you can map any of them: first name, last name, company, job title, city, state, country, postcode, phone, and birthdate. Email is always required.
-
How does the opt-in consent field work?
-
Pick a consent field (a checkbox, acceptance, or radio) from your form. When a visitor ticks it, the contact is sent to Elastic Email; if they leave it unticked, nothing is sent at all, so nobody is added without agreeing.
-
Does Elastic Email send a confirmation email?
-
No. Elastic Email sends no confirmation email for contacts added through the API, so a synced contact joins your list right away. Use the consent field when you need a visitor to opt in first.
-
Will syncing overwrite data already in Elastic Email?
-
No. Only the fields you map are sent. Anything you leave as Not mapped is skipped, so existing data on the contact is left alone.
-
Can I use different settings for different forms?
-
Yes. Every form has its own ClickSyncr Elastic Email setup, so each can sync to a different list.
-
ClickSyncr Form Sync for Elastic Email Privacy
-
The plugin sends only the fields you map, and only to Elastic Email. Nothing is collected by ClickSyncr itself. Read about our policy.
