There are no settings. Just install and activate it and whatever the page’s title is set to be will show up on your shop page.

wc-shop-titlefolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate Shop Title = Page Title for WooCommerce through the ‚Plugins‘ menu in WordPress

This plugin still works 3 Wordpress versions later. It changes the word ‚Product‘ in the Woocommerce shop page browser tab to ‚Shop‘ or whatever slug has been set.
