И я это заметил не сразу и загнал в индекс множество страниц на многих своих сайтах. Я пробовал деактивировать и снова активировать плагин и в одном случае, он как-то сработал, но потом снова перестал реагировать на это. Но как только переключаешься на стандартный редактор статей, то он снова работает нормально. Делает все как надо, можно подправить соответствия букв на свой вкус. Единственное что, нужно исправить увеличить приоритет добавляемых фильтров, т.к. сначала русские буквы превращаются в %D0 %BF, после этого строка обрезается по длине, и потом превращается в латиницу.
