The plugin is perfect for those situations that you may want your users to see the list of topics of a forum but don’t want them to create new topics.

Check your theme for bbp_theme_before_topic_form and bbp_theme_after_topic_form actions. The plugin hooks this actions in order to capture the output and hide it.
