GlotPress to be installed.

Translation sets badges:

 * `all_count`
 * `untranslated_count`
 * `percent_translated`
 * `waiting_count`
 * `warnings_count`
 * `fuzzy_count`

**Example:**

For basic URLs scheme, use this format:
